It has come to our attention that some users are having trouble after signing into their accounts and being presented with a screen that shows the spinning loader image and nothing else. We have identified that this is being caused by a browser extension installed that is blocking cookies from being used. An example of this is Adblock Plus.
If removing or disabling these sort of extensions installed in your browser is not an option or preferred solution, then the next best thing to do is to add the domain "insightng.com" to the whitelist section within the extension's settings. See the following screenshot of the Adblock Plus settings for an example:
